Cashback will only be paid for transactions that are eligible. As a condition of membership, you will need to accept service emails from the MaxRebates and authenticate your email address.
Payments to members based outside of the United States can only be made via PayPal. Non-US members are responsible for any costs involved, which PayPal or determines when converting USD funds into another currency. Members are responsible for the legalities, customs tax and any other fees associated with receiving items from another country, state or from within their state.
Users are solely responsible for confirming receipt of each MaxRebates payment. We has enabled multiple account security features to ensure MaxRebates payments are linked to User emails and can be safely deposited to your designated bank account through the email provided. Company is not responsible for the security of User’s personal email as well as other third party security issues resulting from the use of MaxRebates.
We reserve the right to refuse membership. In the event of fraudulent, abusive or other activity determined to be unfair, we reserve the right to terminate your account. In addition, please note accounts may be disabled if they are inactive.

If your account has not accrued Cash Back orders for 18 consecutive months, MaxRebates will deduct $2 per month ("Maintenance Fee") from your account balance to recover account maintenance costs until your account balance is zero. If the account is not logged in for more than 12 consecutive months and the balance in your account is zero or becomes zero, MaxRebates reserves the right to permanently close the account and stop maintaining your account records and access rights. Maintenance fees are non-refundable but will not cause your account balance to go negative and you won't owe MaxRebates money.
2. CASH BACK
MaxRebates tracks purchases that users make and pays a cash back rebate for valid purchases. If the user chooses to click a link from our website, a drop down offer from our browser extension, or an offer in our mobile app, they will be redirected to the partner's (aka advertiser's) site via affiliate cookies.
Earning back a portion of your purchases as cash back is straightforward. Choose a store, product, coupon or other offer displayed on the MaxRebates or a MaxRebates mobile application, click the accompanying shopping link to be directed to an affiliated store's website, and complete a purchase to earn cashback on your net purchase amount. Specific cashback amounts vary by store and product category and are provided in detail at the MaxRebates. Please note that the net purchase amount excludes taxes, fees, shipping, gift-wrapping, discounts or credits, returns or cancellations, and extended warranties.
Certain affiliate store exclude a limited number of products and purchases from the Program. Additionally, to earn cashback, you must complete your purchase during the same shopping session you start after clicking on the MaxRebates link. If you visit other sites before completing your purchase or use coupons not provided by the MaxRebates, your purchase might be associated with a service other than the MaxRebates and you might not earn cash back on your purchase. If you disable 'cookies' on your computer you will not be able to earn cashback as cookies are used to authenticate the user and be certain cashback is assigned to the member account. If you instore certain plug-in in your browser, you might not earn cash back on your purchase.
Occasionally purchases at the MaxRebates affiliated merchants' websites will not generate commissions for the MaxRebates. These may include, but are not limited to, gift certificates, gift cards, purchases for the purpose of reselling, and other items determined by the merchant. The MaxRebates is not obligated to pay cash back for purchases that do not generate a commission for the MaxRebates or for which a merchant cancels a commission.
If you return an item to a merchant AFTER receiving your cash back for the purchase of that item, we has the right to recover these earnings from you and may take necessary actions, including check cancellation or deductions from your MaxRebates account.
We pays members in U.S. dollars via check, Paypal and sometimes other payment options (donating to charity). Members may select or change their payment options in the My Account section of MaxRebates. If your check expires without being cashed or deposited or if it is returned to the MaxRebates, it will be returned to your account, where it will be subject to inactive account maintenance charges. The minimum payment amount is $10.00, the maximum payment amount is $2000.00.
Please note that orders from a few affiliate store may be delayed by one pay cycle due to delayed processing and reporting by the stores. We would do our best to expedite payments and to maintain a list of stores whose practices might delay the ability to pay cashback on your purchase. We reserves the right to delay payment for any purchase based on changes to affiliate store policies and procedures at any time.
4. MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement at any time and at the discretion for any reason. We will post the revised agreement on the MaxRebates. The new terms will go into effect no later than 30 days after the modification.
The MaxRebates does not sell or rent your information to third parties. We requires your name and address in order to send you payment of cashback and other rewards earned through the MaxRebates. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of basic services such as browsing, searching, purchasing on MaxRebates. However, you may not be able to enjoy the user experience provided by these additional services. These additional services include:
(1) Camera-Based Services: After granting camera permission, you can use this feature for the following functions: modify avatar by taking a photo, take a photo to choose an image when submitting an order dispute. Please note that even if you have granted camera permission, we will only access the camera and capture photos when you actively click on the camera icon within the app.
Use cases: Used to assist you in capturing photos for needs like editing, and for audio/video features that require camera usage.
(2) Album (Photo/Video Library) Access and Upload Services: After granting album permissions, you can use this feature to upload your photos/images/videos for purposes such as changing avatars, posting order reviews, submitting order disputes, and communicating with customer service.
Use cases: Allow the app to read images and files in storage for functions like posting information. Allow the app to write/download/save/modify/delete images and files.
(3) Storage Space-Based Services: Provide the ability to read data from your device's storage space; provide the ability to write to external storage.
Use cases: Allow the app to read images and files in storage for functions like posting information, uploading avatars, recording crash logs locally, etc. Allow the app to write/download/save/cache/modify/delete images and files.
(4) Location-Based Services: Obtain the device's geographical location information through Global Positioning System (GPS) or network location information (such as base stations and WLAN).
Use cases: Used for personalized content recommendations or filling in your location information, such as recommendations based on location like Meituan takeout, Eleme rebates, etc.
(5) Calendar-Based Services: Read calendar information from the system, used for time limits when submitting order disputes.
Use cases: Used to assist you in setting, completing, or modifying order dispute submission functions.
You understand and agree that the aforementioned additional services may require you to grant access to your camera and album (photo library) on your device, in order to collect and use the information involved in these permissions. Please note that by granting any of these permissions, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide corresponding services. Once you revoke any of these permissions, it means you are withdrawing your authorization, and we will no longer collect and use relevant personal information based on that permission or provide the corresponding services. However, your decision to revoke permissions will not affect the collection and use of information based on your previous authorization.

MaxRebates recognizes the importance of personal information and privacy security of children (referring to minors under the age of 14, hereinafter referred to as "Children"). 1. How do I earn cashback?
Only 3 steps, you can earn your cash back:
1) Browse our site and choose the retailer you want to shop
2) Click through MaxRebates to your favorite retailer and make your purchase in the same click session.
3) The retailer pays us commission for your purchase and we would give all of commission back to you.
2.Can I still get cashback if I forgot to click-through to a store at MaxRebates?
Unfortunately, only orders placed through MaxRebates’ store link are eligible for cashback
Are orders placed via telephone or in-store purchases eligible for cashback?
Unfortunately, orders placed outside of MaxRebates do not qualify for cashback.
3. What is the difference between “Cash Pending” and “Cash Payable”?
Cash Pending: Pending orders stay in the 'Pending' state for 90 days to account because of different store return policies, order cancellations and to provide ample time for collection of commissions from stores.
Cash Payable: Once pending cashback have moved to payable status, those cashback can be paid out by requesting a payment via check or Paypal. Please note that you must meet the minimum amount of $20 to submit your first payout request. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10 after your first payout.
4. Why doesn’t my cashback show up in my account after I complete my purchase immediately?
Transactions may take a few days to show up on your earning page as “Cash Pending”. If you have waited more than 7 days and there is still no sign of your purchase, you can lodge a missing cashback claim.
Why has my cashback not reached payable yet? And how long does my cashback become payable?
This is because that is how long takes for cashback to reach us. Generally speaking, It often take up to 90 days for cash back to become payable This depends on the product and the merchant. Also, in some cases it could take longer than 90 days if the merchant has placed an extension on the order.
5. How do I request payout?
When your cashback status have become payable and payable amount reaches $20, you can request it. The minimum withdrawal amount is $10 after your first payout. You'll need to log in your MaxRebates account and click ‘payout’ button and choose your method of payout.
Why have I not yet received my payout?
If you have requested a payout by ACH or Paypal, we would expect you to see the funds in your bank or Paypal account within 7-14 business days, however, problems can occur from time to time. Please double check that your Paypal email or Bank account and routing numbers are correctly entered. If all you entered are right and you haven’t received the payment after 7-14 business days, please contact us.
6. What if my purchase doesn’t show up in my account?
Generally speaking, transactions may take a few days to show up on your earning page, but the tracking system isn’t perfect and sometimes problems can arise. So if your cashback doesn’t show up in your account more than 7 days, you can lodge a missing cashback claim.
7. What if I want to return/change/cancel an order?
Returns are subject to the return policy of the store from which you made the purchase. If you return or cancel an item, we will reverse any cash back earned from that sale.
Exchanges also usually reverse cash back rewards. In the process of an exchange, the store cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When the store creates the new order, it usually fails to capture the referral from MaxRebates in order to credit us. To avoid losing cash back on an exchange, we recommend returning the merchandise and making a new transaction via MaxRebates.
8. What if my cashback amount is wrong?
From time to time, a merchant reports an order amount incorrectly. If it has not been corrected with one week, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
9. Why did my cashback zero out?
Cashback can be zeroed out (reversed) for several reasons including:
1) The merchant processed the order as a ‘return’.
2) The merchant reversed the order due to use of unauthorized coupon.
3) The merchant reversed the order due to contact with their customer service department.
If an exchange or partial return was made on an order and the whole order was reversed, please contact customer service at email@example.com to open a claim with the merchant.
10. What should I do with missing Cash Back?Note: Some merchant stores cannot check orders on the same day. It may take up to 7 days for your order to appear under "Earnings & Orders".
If your order is not tracked within 7 days, please use the contact form to send a missing Cash Back request. You will be asked to provide the necessary order details so we can contact the merchant and request a review of your transaction.
Note: Sending transaction request does not guarantee that we will be able to provide cashback on the corresponding order. In order to award cash back, we need the merchant to assign your transaction to us. This means, they must acknowledge that the purchase was made through our platform. If this is not the case, we generally cannot add Cash Back to your account.
Also, since merchants have a separate review process for deals, it usually takes 2-4 weeks for us to receive feedback. Please note that in some cases it may take up to 3-4 months for them to check your orders eligibility for cashback. If the store gives positive feedback, we will add the Cash Back right into your account.
Not all of our affiliate merchant stores do support missing cashback inquiry, please make sure that you process or purchase orders using our platform.
1. How long do my cashback stay ‘pending’?
Generally, Cashback remain pending status for 90 days after posting to your account. This time period covers various store policies, such as returns and exchange windows, and allow time to collect the commissions.
It has been 90 days and my cashback is still ‘Pending’. What should I do?
Note that the 90-day period begins on the date the transaction posts to your account, not the date that the order takes place. If your cashback remains ‘Pending’ after posting to your account more than 90 days, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org

You need $10 in ‘Cash Payable’ to payout via ACH or Paypal.
Will I pay fees if I request and receive my payout?
No, MaxRebates would pays any fees.
My order was never delivered to me, can you contact the store?
MaxRebates is a portal website only. For questions about orders, you will need to contact the store directly.
3. Is my shopping information secure?
Yes, your shopping information is secure and private. While we can see which stores you visit, we do not collect information on the items you browse while you're on the store's website. The store will notify us of the order details and order amount 1-7 days after you complete your purchase. MaxRebates will always be free and will never sell your email address to anyone. MaxRebates does not collect credit card information.
4. How do I make sure that my purchases track?
There are few situations where something can go wrong. This can be for a number of reasons including anti-spyware, anti-virus or other protection on your computer might prevent cashback tracking back to your account.
In order to aid successful tracking on your computer, please consider the following points:
1. Always start your shopping journey at MaxRebates and complete the process from here.
2. Ensure that you purchase immediately after clicking through from MaxRebates. Please remember don’t click to any other sites during this process.
3. Ensure that your Internet browser and firewall software is enabled to allow cookies.

In order to track your purchases, small chunks of information are stored in your browser, they simply store tracking information so that when you visit a store via MaxRebates, any purchases made will result in the store reading this information.
